My stay at Quality Inn was fantastic! The staff, particularly Adam and the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, and the hotel facilities, including the business center, were well-maintained and conducive to my work needs. The grounds were also very well-kept, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout my visit.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making check-in hassle-free. I liked the breakfast area too. there were plenty of options, and the staff there was really welcoming. However, the swimming pool was out of service during my visit, which was disappointing, especially in the heat. Overall, it’s a good spot, but managing expectations regarding facilities would be helpful.

The grounds were beautifully maintained, and we loved the convenience of having shops and tasty dining options just a short walk away. Plus, the outdoor space with sun loungers was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.

The room's cleanliness level left much to be desired. the carpet was dirty, leaving our feet black. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax after a long day. Minor inconveniences such as the breakfast area not opening on time were frustrating, too. The mattress lacked softness, impacting overall comfort, while the shower curtain had holes that were off-putting.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend jaunt in Goodyear with value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made check-in easy after a long drive. Just be cautious about leaving valuables in your car.
